We mail
orders within 24 hours of order receipt. - Mon. - Fri. Excluding US Postal Service holidays. SHIRTS are dropped shipped by supplier. They normally ship USPS Priority mail within 3 working days of our receiving the order. |
Packages leave Parkersburg at 6 PM. Then trucked to a USPS distribution center in Clarksburg WV. Most packages will then go to Pittsburg PA for air distribution. Ground service by truck. |

Considering the tens of millions of letters & packages shipped every day, they do an incredible job. It depends on the weight of your order. Orders weighing LESS than 13 oz. are mailed US Postal Service - 1st. Class - Ground Service. * Typical arrival times - 5 to 10 working days. PACKAGES CANNOT BE PROCESSED BY HIGH SPEED PROCESSING MACHINES AS TYPICAL LETTER MAIL. Orders weighing MORE than 13 oz. are mailed US Postal Service - PRIORITY mail. * Typical arrival times - 2 to 3 days after the order is mailed. * EXCEPTIONS: - Books and quantity CD orders. THEY'RE NORMALLY MAILED USPS 'MEDIA MAIL' or 'BOUND PRINTED MATTER' WHICH MAY BE A LITTLE SLOWER THAN 1ST. CLASS GROUND MAIL. At our discretion, we may ship books with other items - 1st. Class or Priority mail. EXPEDITED BOOK ORDERS are $ 5.00 + ACTUAL SHIPPING COST. - - - - - - RUSH Shipping - Expected arrival times. USPS - "Express Mail" - Guaranteed by 2nd Day * or the 3rd Day from the day you place your order - if the order is placed before 3 PM EST on a Work Day. really need it expedited. Many request orders expedited when it's not needed. Review the notes in: > "How long will it take to arrive?" 2. Place your order as usual. 3. There is a 'Notes Box' in the 'Check Out' information form. Tell us you want your order RUSHED and WHEN you need to receive it in the Check Out information form NOTES BOX. and/or Call us at 1-888-798-3496 or email Theresa and Mandy using our CONTACT US page. WE WILL ACCEPT AUTHORIZATION IN THE NOTES BOX OF THE 'CHECK OUT' FORM AS CUSTOMER APPROVAL FOR ANY ADDED CHARGES FOR EXPEDITING THE ORDER TO REACH THE CUSTOMER BASED ON THE ARRIVAL TIME NOTED. Some items cannot be rushed - as in Next Day or 2 Day Express Examples: Engraved, custom made, or drop shipped jewelry pieces can be problematic. Additional charges by the supplier for expedited shipping will be passed on to the customer. Expedited SHIRT orders will also incur added charges. |

will it cost to RUSH an order. ? > Expedited and Out of Country orders create an interruption in our usual order processing routine with needed special attention, and added paper work. With UPS 'Next Day', it requires a special drive to the UPS office. We don't have enough NEXT DAY orders to justify the rather STIFF charges for their trucks to stop each day to see if we have shipments for them. For these reasons, we charge the automatic $ 5.00 S&H fee PLUS ACTUAL COSTS charged by the carrier. |
If your order weighs less than 13 ounces and you want it mailed USPS Priority ( 3 days max ) - we charge $ 2.00 extra. ORDERS THAT WEIGH 13 OZ. OR MORE ARE AUTOMATICALLY MAILED USPS PRIORITY MAIL. In our location - the
FedEx terminal is many miles away. The US Post Office is only 1.5 miles away from our location. US Mail is typically about 1/3 the cost of other carriers. UPS ( United Parcel Service ) is only 4 blocks away. |
We do not use FedEx to ship orders. No exceptions. No reflection on their excellent service otherwise. |

customs forms a description of the enclosed items, weight and

If we refer to items as AA or "Alcoholics Anonymous... item/s
- there's a better chance Customs will not hold up the
package.
Although... many customers do not want an AA reference written
on the package.
At our end of things - it's simply frustrating - so we avoid
using an AA reference on required customs forms.
Also - we must avoid using references to any precious metals
or jewelry.
Even the word 'bronze' or 'aluminum' can trigger a customs
investigation into the package - meaning an extensive delay.
We
will not re-ship until at least 4 weeks have passed from
the date of our mailing.
